The City of Grasse

The city of Grasse is located 20 kilometres from Cannes in south-east of France. Grasse has been a world-renowned symbol of the perfume industry for centuries.

The Mediterranean climate is the source of the region's floral richness. You'll find fields of violets, tuberoses, roses, lavender, etc., as well as Grasse's most popular flower, jasmine. The locals have exploited these treasures to make their town the Capital of Perfume.
