How long does it take to process an order ?
The Horiance team does its best to process your orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed from Monday to Friday before midday are generally dispatched within 2 working days. In the event of high demand or special occasions (sales, holiday periods, etc.) we undertake to dispatch your order within 9 working days from the day following receipt of your order.
What countries do you deliver to ?
Our online shop ships to Belgium, Luxembourg, Metropolitan France, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Canada and the USA.
What are the delivery times and costs ?
During the ordering process, you will have the choice between home delivery or delivery to a relay point. You can also choose the carrier you prefer (La Poste or Mondial Relay). Delivery costs and times vary according to the type of delivery you choose (home delivery or relay point) and the country of destination. Please find below a table summarising the different delivery costs and approximate times:
Delivery is free* in Belgium from a purchase of €100 (including VAT and excluding delivery costs). In other European countries, delivery is free* from a purchase of €150 (including VAT and excluding delivery costs). *Only the most economical deliveries ( home delivery or to a collection point) are free of charge.

How can I use the promotional codes ?
When a specific promotional code applies to all customers, it is automatically deducted during the checkout process ( example: if you have a 10% discount during a sales period, this will be deducted automatically). When you have a promotional code that is not applied directly during the ordering process (example: you have a promotional code for your loyalty), you must enter it in the box provided for this purpose in your shopping basket.
What payment methods are available ?
You can pay by bank card, bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Maestro and Mastercard) or PayPal.
Where can I find my invoice ?
You can find your invoice in your personal space, in the "My orders" section.
I haven't received an order confirmation. What I need to do ?
It is possible that, for reasons beyond our control, an order may not be completed. Please check first if the money has been taken from your account, if this is the case, please check your mailbox and spam/junk mail. If you have not received an order confirmation e-mail for your purchase within the hour following your purchase, please contact us by e-mail at the following address: info@horiance.be.
How can I track my order ?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email in which you will find the "parcel tracking" link. Click on this link to be redirected to a page concerning the tracking of your parcel. Once on the page, you can track the progress of your order.
Can I change or cancel my order ?
Once your order has been placed, it is impossible for us to change or cancel it.
However, you have a legal right of retraction of 14 days from the date of physical receipt of the goods by yourself or a third party that you have designated as the recipient of the parcel. ATTENTION: this legal right of retraction is only valid under certain conditions.

What should I do if I haven't received my package ?
If you have not received your parcel within 15 days of placing your order, please contact us by e-mail at info@horiance.be and the Horiance team will inform you of the status of your order.
What should I do if there's a mistake in my order ?
If the parcel you receive does not correspond to your order, please contact us by e-mail at info@horiance.be within one hour of receiving your parcel so that we can deal with the problem as quickly as possible.
How can I return my parcel ?
To make a return, please contact us by e-mail at info@horiance.be to receive the return address..
PLEASE NOTE: the cost of returning goods is always at the buyer's charge.
The returned item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and its entire contents (original packaging of the item(s), the item(s), interior protection of the package, original carton of the package, flyers, etc.). The parcel and its contents must be returned to us in the same condition as you received it (and unused) and with acknowledgement of receipt. When you return the goods, any damage incurred during transport will be at your expense and directly deducted from the refund.
How can I access to my customer account ?
To access to your customer account, please connect you on www.Horiance.be by clicking on the "account" icon located on the right top of the website or at the bottom of the page by clicking on "my customer account".
What do you need to do if you've forgotten your customer password ?
When you want to log in, if you can't remember your password, click on forgotten password below the password box. A password reset email will be sent to you within a few minutes. Follow the instructions in the e-mail sent to reset your password.
How can I deactivate the Newsletter ?
By accessing to your customer account, in the "information" section, you can uncheck the "receive our newsletter" box at any time. You will then no longer receive our offers and other promotional emails. You can activate this function again at any time.
How can I change my personal details ?
Log in to your personal account, then click on the "Personal information" section, where you can change your details and then save them at the bottom of the page to finalise your changes.
How can I delete my account ?
To delete your customer account, please contact the Horiance team using our contact form or by email at info@horiance.be. Your request will be treated as soon as possible.
How can I use my gift card ?
Your gift card contains a unique code, which will give you the right to a price discount or gratuity on the total amount of your purchases. The value of your gift card is written on it. To use it, please enter your code during the ordering process, in the box provided.
How long will my gift card be valid ?
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the day the card is created.
Can I use my gift card for several orders ?
Yes, you can use your gift card until the amount available on your card is fully used.
How long do the candles burn?
The burning time of our candles varies between the different weights of our products. Depending on our collections and designs, the burning time may change. The time indicated in the product description and on the packaging is only valid if you follow our instructions and recommendations for use.

How to take care of my candle ?
Keep the wick trimmed to 0.5 cm of the wax surface of your candle
To avoid an excessively high flame, trim the wick(s) of your candle before each use and until the blackened part from the previous burning has disappeared. Your candle will burn evenly, and the appearance of black smoke and soot stains on your container will be limited.
Burn your candle for a maximum of 3 consecutive hours
Do not snuff out your candle until its entire surface has melted evenly (this may take longer for the first few uses). Never leave your candle burning for more than 3 consecutive hours. Wait at least 2 hours before burning your candle again.
Recenter the wick of your candle
When burning your candle, make sure that the wick remains centred. If it moves, snuff out the flame and carefully replace it using the appropriate accessory.
Place your candle away from draughts
To avoid irregular flames and the release of abundant soot, never place your candle in a draught, near an open window or an air conditioner.
Snuff out your candle correctly
Use a snuffer or wick plunger to snuff out the flame of your candle. It is not advisable to blow out the wick the candle, as this creates a stronger smell of smoke and the wick could move.
Don't let your candle burn out completely
To avoid overheating your candle container, don't let your candle burn down to the end. Snuff it out when 1 cm of wax remains at the bottom of the container.
Store your candle with care
To preserve the wax and fragrance, store your candle away from heat and light. To protect your candle from dust and loss of fragrance, always replace its lid or put it back in its bag when it is off and has cooled completely.
How can I recycle my candle container ?
When your candle is finished, gently wash its container with water and reuse its container over and over again to suit your needs. Plant pot, pencil pot, brush pot, candle holder and much more.
Where are the candles made ?
Horiance candles are made in the Horiance Atelier in Belgium.
What are candles made of ?
Horiance candles are made exclusively with coconut wax, rapeseed wax and CMR-free fragrances.
